Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery location through DotExpress.

Delivery Coverage

Tijva currently delivers to locations across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through DotExpress and its courier partners, including TCS, Leopard Courier, and Trax.

Order Status

Customers can monitor their orders through the following statuses: Processing, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, and Cancelled.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within approximately 2–3 working hours after they are successfully placed and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout using DotExpress based on your delivery address and package details. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Coverage

Tijva currently delivers throughout Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Status Updates

While live courier tracking is not currently available, customers can monitor their order status from their Tijva account. Orders progress through the following stages:

  • Processing
  • Confirmed
  • Shipped
  • Delivered
  • Cancelled

Shipping Partners

Tijva works with DotExpress to deliver orders across Pakistan. Depending on your location, your shipment may be handled by TCS, Leopard Courier, Trax, or other courier partners assigned by DotExpress.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed deliveries, or cancellation of the order.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
