We perform quality checks whenever possible before dispatching orders to ensure customers receive products in good condition.
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working hours after confirmation and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
We currently deliver throughout Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed. Once an order has been confirmed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Tijva does not offer refunds. Eligible issues are resolved through product replacement only, according to our Return & Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement within 7 days if you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or a product with a manufacturing defect. View Tijva's Return & Replacement Policy for more details.
Yes. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for every replacement request. Claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Your order status can be viewed from your Tijva account. Orders progress through Processing, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled.
Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products sold by Tijva do not include a store warranty.
